Refund Policy

There is a $75.00 non-refundable processing fee for all cancellations. Refund request a month prior to start of any ID event will be a full refund minus $75.00. Refund request two weeks before start of any ID event will be refunded half of the fee minus $75.00. Cancellations submitted within 72 hours or after the start of any ID event are not eligible for a refund.

A cancellation and a refund request must be made in writing (email nextstepsocceracademy@gmail.com) prior to the start of any ID event.

Refund due to injury will be on a case by case basis and all Dr. notes must be submitted to nextstepsocceracademy@gmail.com
